A Staten Island man who a lifelong phobia of the Tasmanian Devil cartoon has sued his father-in-law after he scared him with his toupee.
Mazen Dayem, 36, had his 62-year-old father-in-law, Yunes Doleh, arrested on Nov. 5 for violating the restraining order he had against him. Dayem originally took the order against Doleh in September when he allegedly kicked his SUV following an altercation at a Staten Island eatery.
Following the parking lot incident, Doleh then sued Dayem for defamation after photos of his arrest were leaked online.
According to the New York Post, the pair's feud came to a head when Doleh waved his hair piece at his son-in-law when they were both attending a funeral in Brooklyn.
