Talk about being wonderfully wicked. Heather Locklear, who played Amanda Woodward on Melrose Place, was arrested Sunday night for domestic violence and battery on a cop.
According to TMZ, Locklear was at her home on Sunday night when cops were called to a home in Thousand Oaks, after her brother came to her home and saw Heather and her boyfriend in a physical altercation. The brother called the cops, who showed up to find Locklear's boyfriend with a "visible mark."
"She punched the lady cop and called her a "c**t", kicked one of the male cops in the balls and punched the third male cop and called them all "f****** assholes" ranting at them," one source said.
As law enforcement officials tried to take her into custody, Locklear became aggressive, and began flailing and kicking. She struck three deputies before being handcuffed and taken to the hospital for evaluation.
Locklear's daughter, Ava, and an "unknown male" were also in the house at the time of the incident, and were apparently "mortified" after "witnessing the whole thing."
This is not Locklear's first run-in with law enforcement. The 56-year-old has had troubles with substance abuse and has been arrested for DUI. In 2011, cops were called to her then-boyfriend's home after the two got physical with each other.
"She lost it on him and he retaliated," law enforcement said.
No charges were pressed in the 2011 case, however it's unknown if it will be the same for the most recent arrest. Locklear is currently in the process of posting bail.
