I guess Celine Dion really has seen it all! But the singer has proved that her heart really does go on.
While doing a show at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, the 49-year-old singer invited a female fan onstage, but did not expect what happened next.
Dion was giving her regular show as part of her Las Vegas residency, when a fan interrupted the scheduled program.
The woman who appeared to be intoxiated took the special moment as an opportunity to frisk the female superstar.
She wrapped her leg around Dion and began to hump her idol.
And her reaction was priceless.
Somehow Dion was not phased by the woman's physical interactions with her.
"Let me tell you something. I'm glad you came up onstage tonight," Dion exclaimed. "I'm glad that... I thought you just wanted to come closer to me. But you know what, I'm glad you came closer to me."
She treated the fan with dignity and respect, in spite of the violation of her personal space.
"I love you, you love me," Dion rang out trying to recover from the very bizarre moment.
Security was not far behind after the incident and rushed to the stage to remove the fan. Dion's reaction was not what you would expect though.
The My Heart Will Go On singer urged security to stop their rush to the stage. Instead she tried to console the woman saying the the guards were her friends and that things were okay.
"We're going to pray. This is 2018," Dion said, before helping the fan offstage herself. "2018, we're gonna make a change."
And the whole thing was captured on video from someone in the crowd.
Coincidentally, Dion cancelled the show for the following night.
"We regret to inform you that tonight's performance of 'Céline' at @ColosseumatCP has been cancelled," the tweet read. "Céline is on doctor's orders to take tonight to rest. Céline is expected to resume performances at The Colosseum as scheduled on Tuesday, Jan. 9. - TC."
